The PHYSIOTHERAPIST at our clinic can help you recover from injury, reduce pain and stiffness, increase mobility and prevent further injury. Physiotherapy helps a person to recover, by using physical modalities (such as soft tissue massage, joint mobilisations, trigger point therapy and exercise prescriptions), to assist them in their recovery.
Physiotherapists work in a wide variety of health settings and they treat clients of all age groups ranging from infants to the elderly.
Our Physiotherapist can help you with the following conditions:
The Physiotherapist will carry out a detailed assessment, to help establish the possible cause of your problem. You can expect a diagnosis along with a detailed explanation of your condition to enable you to better understand your problem. If necessary, the Physiotherapist can also refer you for additional investigations such as X-rays to confirm the diagnosis.
Physiotherapy treatment in our clinic is mainly hands – on. The Physiotherapist will also provide you with advice on postural retraining and will develop customised exercise plans that can help to speed up the rate of your recovery. At the time of treatment, due care and diligence will be maintained, to ensure that the treatment is tailored to your comfort & requirements. The exercise programs provided will also be appropriately progressed to suit your profile.
If you have questions at any stage of the assessment and treatment, you can speak to the Physiotherapist, who will be more than happy to provide clarifications for all your queries. The Physiotherapist is also willing to provide a report to your medical practitioner, your specialist or to your workplace whenever required.
Phisiotherapy services are now available with no out of pocket expenses for clients with an EPC (Enhanced Care Plan) until 30/9/2020.
